ABOUT THE CHURCHES TOGETHER
ONE VOICE CHOIR
We are a group of singers from all denominations in Penwortham and working with a similar group in Leyland.
Our aim is to come together to praise God, through the musical talents He has given us, in a warm and caring group.
We have sung in most churches in the area, often as part of the liturgy, sometimes for charitable causes or simply to share our joy in music with others.
Our repertoire is wide and ranges from the sublime to the simple, from very old to very modern.
MEETINGS and PRACTICE
The Choir hold meetings and practice at :
at St Leonard's on Thursdays from 7.00pm to 8.00pm
at St Mary's, Leyland on Wednesdays from 7.00pm to 8.00pm.
