Anyone over the age of ................ may become a member, and enjoy the facilities –snooker, pool , entertainment, SKY TV, quiz nights etc. The annual subscription is £3 or £5 for a family, payable each 1st July. Please pick up an application form from the Centre.
Even without membership you are entitled to hire the Centre’s facilities, at very reasonable rates, for your anniversary celebrations, conferences, meetings, post -Baptism and post- funeral buffets etc.

In making this application, I accept that I am responsible for making good any damage/loss caused to the hall and its contents during the period of hire.
I understand that I am responsible for the Health and Safety of guests during the period of hire and declare that I have read and will abide by the Church Hall's Fire Procedure.
I also agree that, should the hall require cleaning/tidying/repair immediately following the period of hire, I will settle any consequent invoices (less the £50 bond already paid by me) immediately on presentation to me.
